I quite like the album cover! Will I buy the Geoff Tate version?I'll listen to the soundbytes first before buying as QR has been putting out crap for the last 15yrs so I'm very skeptical! As for the other version of QR,I'm very interested to see what they come up with lyrically and would like to hear them! Cheers

Tinnitus Sanctus is a fairly good cd(the one before Age of the Joker).Love the bonus track "God falling silent" on Age of the Joker, one of the best bonus tracks ever! I know lots of people don't like the newer heavier version of Jaded Heart but man this new cd of theirs really rocks! The guitars are heavy with good riffs and the songs have lots of vocal harmonies to keep the melodic rockers happy.Really like the songs "With You',"Buried Alive","Run and Hide" and "No more Lies"!This cd is a 9/10 to me! On the even heavier si

The "Keeper" albums are awesome and thats the best of Helloween, along with the last 2 cds(Gambling with the devil,7 Sinners). Chameleon is a whole different cd and nothing like the Helloween we know but this cd imo is awesome! It has everything I love about music from 80's to 70's,from slow to fast paced all mixed into 1 cd. But like I said its different and nothing like the Hellow

Metal the way its supposed to be played -hard,melodic,fast and heavy and you have yourself "Channeling the Infinite" which imo is a metal masterpiece! The song "Hammer down" grabs you from the beginning with its monster guitar riff and does't let go till the song is finished, just pure headbanging bliss! The All-Star version of "Hammer Down" with various singers is

Great new cd from The Rasmus which is lighter than the last cd(Black Roses)but some killer songs on here like "Stranger","I'm a Mess" and my fave "You don't see me".I wish the cd was more rockin with guitars but thats my only complaint as I like all the songs on this cd and Lauri sounds fantastic as usual on vocals! Don't know if anyone has heard of this cd but its one of the best metal cds I've ever heard! It's a cover of a bunch of anime cartoons done by an all star band with Michael Vescera on Vocals,Chris Impellitteri on Guitars,Rudy Sarzo on Bass and Scott Travis on Drums. The music is heavy and speedy yet melodic.I have to say this cd has perhaps the best guitar playing I've ever heard on it.Its a mu

Another excellent album from Trivium, heavy and melodic! This is the album that should have come between "Ascendancy" and "The Last Crusade".The song "inception of the end" is awesome and "Dusk Dismantled" is a monster of a song. The bonus tracks(on the special edition" "Chaos Reigns" and "Slave New World" are heavy as hell but awe

I'm really looking forward to this album too! The Black Halo is imo pure perfection and can't be beat, one of the best albums of the last decade(along with Symphony X - Paradise Lost).I'm hoping Poetry is along the lines of Ghost Opera but a bit heavier. As for Melodic Rock the Treat and Avantasia albums are awesome! Cheers

You're right, people should show more understanding and if not then they shouldn't listen to it and quite ragging on something they haven't heard yet in its entirety! Thats what gets me about this board, people listen to samples and declare something is crap when they haven't fully heard something, like WTF is that!!! I'm sorry but you neeed atleast 3 full listens to an album to fully digest it to

Dokken will always be one of my favourites too and I'd love to see one last re-union as a farewell for all us fans. But all this hinges on Don and him being able to take care of his voice which he's not doing a good job at! Back for the Attack II would be the icing on the cake for me! Cheers
