For any Andi Deris era Helloween fans this just might be their best cd in the last 20yrs,it just flat out rocks! Favourites so far are My god given right, lost in America, claws, and bonus track Wicked game! But then I like all the songs and with 15 tracks and a running time of 69 minutes you can't go wrong! 9/10 Cheers

I've had 4 spins of this cd and I think it's better than the last cd Silverthorn. Tommy really shines on this cd and so far my faves are "insomnia,Citizen Zero,My Therapy and Liar Liar".For any fans of Kamelot this is a good album and possibly their best since The Black Halo. Cheers

For any prog- metal fans out there this new cd is simply awesome! This new cd has a little bit of everything in it and has Fabio Lione from Rhapsody of Fire on vocals. Simone Simmons of Epica also sings one song called Secret Garden and Doro Pesch also sings a duet on the song Crushing Room which is one of the best songs on the cd. The cd also has a killer cover of The Police Synchronicity II. Fo

Excellent cd from start to finish with the highlights being the songs "walking on water, save me,swing of death and queen of the dead"! If you want epic check out the new Blind Guardian cd "beyond the red mirror",this cd is beyond epic and is going to be tough to beat for cd of the year even though it's still early in the year with lots of new music to come. I'm really liking the new Harmony "theatre of redemption",great cd! Last years Vanishing Point "distant is the sun" was one of the best CDs of the year for me! The new Freedom Call "beyond" was the most underrated cd to come out last year. This cd had some very catchy melodic metal songs. As for this year in 3 more weeks the new Blind Guardian cd comes out an

Listened to the new Threshold all day yesterday and it's one of my top CDs of the year, can't get "turned to dust" out of my head! As for Andrews reviews,he does an excellent job and how anybody can criticize him is beyond me.I don't know how he finds the time with all the other work he does and trying to raise a family in the process, anyways keep up the good work Andrew! Cheers

I quite like the album cover! Will I buy the Geoff Tate version?I'll listen to the soundbytes first before buying as QR has been putting out crap for the last 15yrs so I'm very skeptical! As for the other version of QR,I'm very interested to see what they come up with lyrically and would like to hear them! Cheers

I know lots of people don't like the newer heavier version of Jaded Heart but man this new cd of theirs really rocks! The guitars are heavy with good riffs and the songs have lots of vocal harmonies to keep the melodic rockers happy.Really like the songs "With You',"Buried Alive","Run and Hide" and "No more Lies"!This cd is a 9/10 to me! On the even heavier si

The "Keeper" albums are awesome and thats the best of Helloween, along with the last 2 cds(Gambling with the devil,7 Sinners). Chameleon is a whole different cd and nothing like the Helloween we know but this cd imo is awesome! It has everything I love about music from 80's to 70's,from slow to fast paced all mixed into 1 cd. But like I said its different and nothing like the Hellow

Metal the way its supposed to be played -hard,melodic,fast and heavy and you have yourself "Channeling the Infinite" which imo is a metal masterpiece! The song "Hammer down" grabs you from the beginning with its monster guitar riff and does't let go till the song is finished, just pure headbanging bliss! The All-Star version of "Hammer Down" with various singers is

Great new cd from The Rasmus which is lighter than the last cd(Black Roses)but some killer songs on here like "Stranger","I'm a Mess" and my fave "You don't see me".I wish the cd was more rockin with guitars but thats my only complaint as I like all the songs on this cd and Lauri sounds fantastic as usual on vocals!
