First 'found them' on the Skynyrd Cruise out of Miami in 2010 .... (they played on them all til the final one last Nov) Never thought they would find an audience in the UK ... but they have played here in Manchester twice so far ... (Academy 2 and The Ritz)

They supported Mutley Crow in UK n 85 .... saw several dates on that tour, and managed to avoid Crue on all of them ;-) Zander has the pipes that don't seem to age .... and the whole band has a stamina that puts some half their age to shame. .... Loved them from first hearing Hard To Handle ... But they were always guilty of messing themselves up, and they seriously shot themselves in the foot by saying they hated the By Your Side album, which was superb (as was the tour supporting it) from which they could have gone on to bigger things on the back of .... but no, they wanted to 'jam, man' .... noodling away for their own (stoned) amuseme

LOVED The Smiths music ..... until he starts 'singing' on the songs. Sorry, just cannot like his voice. Saw Johnny Marr at the City game on Sat by the way .... usually with Billy Duffy of The Cult, but was solo this time ... :-)
