Sounding better than the last one. Think I read that Chris Laney mixed this one so it should sound better than Riot Avenue.

Pretty good album. Not heard much by them before. Definitely going for the RJD vibe but I didn't spot any blatant rip offs. Nothing wrong with playing in the style of another band - most do!

I really love the Sanctuary album by them - the only one I've heard. And I agree about the Tony O'Hora album. Up to Karlsson's usual standard.

It's up there for me. A great album. Every song is a winner.

I liked it on forst listen, the odd poor vocal phrasing aside (the chorus to the title track for example - just doesn't sit well against the music. Decent effort. I loved his 78 solo record, his KISS songs especially on Dynasty and Unmasked and 50% of his solo output in the 80s, I thought Anomaly was utter shite. This one is good though. I don't hear much of the quality of his 70s output in i

Great album. I can't stand Udo's voice so can't listen to their older stuff. The new guy sounds like Udo but alot better.

Pretty low expectations given that Karlsson isn't involved this time and Tolkki is. Sounds like his Avalon stuff. And that's not good. Don't think even the awesome Russell Allen is going to save this.

I'm a huge KISS fan but would not be interested in KISS without $immons and Stanley. Ace and Peter were replaceable - they've been out of the band far longer than they were ever in it. Will a KISS II fill 18000 seater venues like the band are doing on this tour? They'd be lucky to fill 180, even with the stage show. If this works it would be pretty depressing...

I bought the first album and followed them from there. Hated Punchline - still do. Saw them in Manchester a couple of times and was at the GMex show with the horns and everything and was worried at that point. They were believing they were Queen reincarnated I think. Still, I'm gutted I'm missing the show tonight - just couldn't afford it.

He needs help. Let's face it, he didn't think "hey I'll bite this guy because it worked out so well for me last time". His head goes and this is how he responds, in instinct. Banning him doesn't stop it happening again - counselling might. I guess he's got a few months to work on it. The worst part for me is that he still thinks he's the victim in all this. And yes, I'm a Liver

I love it too. It's a quality album. Its not going to push the first 3 off their pedestal but it's a great return at this point.

I really like it. Its more laid back than the old days but its solid. Better than the last two, now they were disappointments. Its a bit ballad heavy but Yes, I like it.

Thank God. Shirley ruined the last one. The live vibe I can go for, the bottom end, ok, but what he did to Eric Martin's vocals? Yuk.

"Whitesnake to the next level in as many ways as possible...without unnecessary distractions" Guess that rules out the Sykes reunion!

I wonder if John Sykes is kicking himself. He was meant to be the singer/guitarist with Portnoy and Sheehan intially.

I was a little underwhelmed initially but its grown on me. i loved Sultans Of Sin but this one is different, heavier, but a great album. I was the same with the H.e.a.t album too. Not as impressed initially as I was with ATN, but that its up there now.

I really like it. It's like a Kip solo album with backing by Winger I guess. I could see many of these songs on his previous solo albums with the electric guitars stripped away.

The Metal Cowboy album was really good. And I'm not much of a country fan.Frank Hannon guests on it.

I like the funny lyrics to England although the mention of penalty shootouts is a bit under the belt! Nice one Tobi. Decent so far, likely to be a grower.

Well that just sounds like a slow motion version of Def Leppard. Makes Katy Perry sound like Mozart.

Yeah, really good band. Good for those chilled moments. They were recommended to me over at the Dream theater forums.

Probably only Dream Theater these days. Don't have enough spare cash to waste it on substandard albums. I'll listen on Spotify or Youtube and if it sticks I'll buy it.

Good lyrics add an extra to the music but I don't need them to enjoy it. And most of the bands these days writing melodic rock songs are writing in their 2nd language so I'm inclined to cut them some slack. If they are seriously bad it might put me off, but if the rest of the package is quality I really don't mind.
