Safe to say the real QR stuff is in a different league to Tate's version. There is a live track out in YT land for the song Fallout too that shows promise.

The verse reminds me of Children Of The Grave. I like it though, and enjoyed the first one.

Diary and Ultimate Sin for me. Only just getting to appreciate Bark now, and the US version is better than the European one.

NightFall Overture is excellent. Dan Swano is great when he's not doing that Death Growling stuff.

Not heard the last couple, other than a few samples. I enjoy all the BOOH albums, Bad Attitude, Welcome To The Neighbourhood, even much of Couldn't Have Said It Better. I really love Dead Ringer but if your not a huge fan of BOOH it's very similar. Jim Steinman's Bad For Good and Pandora's Box Original Sin have their moments too. In fact most of the songs on these have ended up on Meat album

It goes to show, no matter how shit an album might be, someone will always like it. I won't buy it on principle. It's not finished.

I like it. Vocals take some of the shine off but certainly no deal breaker.Good song, great guitars. I like the vibe. Risk/Cryptic Writings in style and that's a good thing as far as i'm concerned.

A 100 times better than Gildersleeves. That was dire. I really liked Revolve on release and still do. One of my favourite albums of the last few years.

I've never been a huge fan. Bought his first couple of shred albums but never really liked it. I prefere the alternate picking approach to his more legato technique. He's too funky for me- I don't have a Funk bone I guess. I know what you mean though. I should like him and his music but I just don't. The Winery Dogs song shows promise though. Not sure that I could stomach a whole album of it.

Hints of old riffs in there. Decent enough intro that just goes on too long and typical Sabbath speed-it-up-for-the-last-couple-of-minutes at the end. Sounds like 70s Sabbath but there's no power to it. And Ozzy talks his way through it. No guitar solo? WTF. Not exactly setting my world alight.

Fantastic series of books and its being done very well on tv. I'm very surprised how well. Alot more surprises to come too. I have never read another author who is so brave to kill off seemingly central characters and "heroes". So many WTF moments (in a good way!).

I thought it was better than I expected in the writing department. The rushed production doesn't do it any justice but there are some halfway decent tracks there. The vocals kill it. As a bunch of demos it would be tolerable but as a full release? Nowhere near good enough. I expect real QR to do much better.

I like this song but can't stand Tate these days. He's ruined his once mighty voice. He ruined QR for me. This song is written by some guy other than the usual Slater/Tate combo responsible for the last several QR abominations (Lukas Rossi). There were a couple of decent sounding tracks from the \iTunes samples but I expect that the rest of the album will be the same old crap.
