Funny thing when I went on a small vaction this past month with the kids. While I like many would love to see a full on rock album from RB he is doing really well with BN. The Great Wolf Lodge in PA has an interactive game called Magiquest. While playing with my daughter the music was very BN I thought. Then they interact with a princess in a few parts and its Candice. http://en.wikipedia.o

Have spun this twice and really like it. I found comfort in the vocals as it reminds me of someone. Does anyone hear Dan Hill?

I live in NY and while I was never a big city person out in the suburbs there are a few small theaters. There is a site called Club Loaded. It lists all club shows in Long Island, NY and some NYC shows

I just wish bands would do them and sell them on the cheap. I think ad companies know they can get the music cheaper from the artists and like with Round and Round in the movie The Wrestler within the scene you can't tell it's a re record. So if I were a band I would re record my music and sell to break even on costs and wait to profit from movie or ads. Glad to hear they are doing more!

Really enjoyed H&E on the first listen. I think SS needs to at least keep this singer to give the band legs. I downloaded the new DP ( Spotify) but will listen this week

As far as re records go I don't usually care for them. I am 100% behind bands re recording there entire discography so they can profit from it as opposed to the labels. DDY with Mr Roboto and Steven Pearcy with R&R in the Wrestler as examples. But as far as listening goes they 99% fall short. I heard it put best on a podcast "there is only that one moment in time where all stars line

This is another example of record labels not getting it and missing to make a few bucks on the cheap. Do what Metal Blade said they might do with old out of print releases.....release digital. If these shows or even old albums are in vaults ready to go then all it costs is a few minutes to upload them to ITunes, ect. Sure there will be the stealers but fans will still buy it and the will make s

I saw Lou last year and while the high notes are gone he still put on a good show. I know I'm dreaming but I would like to see a tour/album with him and Kelly. Like Boston did with Brad and Fran. They shared vocals throughout and Fran did the high parts. Fans loved it as there seemed to be no egos....just the fans in mind.

I really enjoyed the last 2 WS albums but they kind of out did WS. It would great if DC would be open to having these guys write a song for or with him

Wow! Thank for linking that! Now that is Queensryche....if there were any doubters well I don't know what argument they would use for a pro Geoff band

With Tate....yes he is a dick and that goes into a listen. But even before the stuff with the band became public there albums and his direction sucked. Now on The Classic Metal Show I heard them play and review each song. It was the bad mix that didn't help. But the songs themselves were at best OK. A lot of over repeating the chorus. With the Todd version you could right off say that must be QR.

While I didn't read the books I was also shocked at what happened to Jamie. My only problem with it is he considers himself a great sword fighter and now that seems irrelevant

The images of the police and public running in horror was very upsetting. My thoughts and prayers to all in Boston as people try and put there lives back together.

He kinda reminds me in a way like Glenn Hughes. Not in there sound but in that they have other styles true to the hearts but when they sing in a true rock song they both amp it up because of the passions. Like Glenn is into funk, but when pushed to make a rock record its better because of it. Hope that made sense

Agree with 13 being a step back from Endgame. But with all great bands that have lasted a new album needs about 3-4 songs that are great to make it into a live set. Since listening to Skullsessions I am surprised at how so many discographies are not as great as I once thought

I love both but I lean more toward the 2nd album. I love Dereks voice. FYI: I stayed away from the recent solo release he put out because he used the word "Modern". When I hear that term I think Dokken Shadowlife LOL. While it has a modern rock vibe it still has enough straight ahead rock to it and some good songs on there. Give it a listen on Spotify if you can. Also I have the Mo

OK....downloaded the new ITunes and I love that your purchases are in the cloud and not count toward the 24,000 tracks limit. I have about 32,000. So I will no longer wait on ITunes and was wondering if any here have it? Thoughts on it pro and con. I know I would run the library thru an app on my ITouch. Thanks
