I saw them at the Watseka,IL theater in 2011 with Billy Crain and they played all of the Outlaws Demos cd which came out before It's About Pride.Different versions and a couple of songs not on IAP.It was the best southern rock concert I'd ever seen.I've been wanting to hear Feel The Heat by Henry Paul Band lately,we've been feeling the heat here in the Midwest.I can't wait for the new album.

Some songs are sounding more country than blues but maybe that's good for sales.I think Nothing But The Night is the best song since Blue On Black.I saw them on the last tour and the new songs sounded great live. Denrocker

I just listened to the Coverdale Page cd last week while I was outside house painting.Still sounds great but I thought Coverdale's voice sounded a little rough on some songs.I also listened to the Live In The Heart Of The City cd with the Hammersmith Oden set on the end.No faults on that one, still a killer classic live album. That's sad news,RIP Bernie. He just had a new album out not long ago.I purchased the Dublin Cowboy cd's and Blackheart from bandcamp last year and both were great.Bandcamp does the digital download right and gives you wav, flac and the mp3.Bernie had a unique sound and phenomenal guitar playing.Condolences to the Torme family from a long time fan.

I saw them late summer in Joliet,IL and they kicked ass.Nothing better than the live guitar of Doug Aldrich, add in Marco on bass and Deen on drums and you have a helluva band.John is a very good frontman and this band fits him well.As we were looking for a parking spot sitting at the traffic light the whole band was coming from the casino. They walked right in front of us and Doug held up a peace

Ozzy had an excellent band and Randy Rhoads guitar playing was so phenomenal.I read the Crazy Train and Off The Rails books this year and both were an enjoyable read.I liked the Rudy Sarzo book a little better but both were very good. Will have to get out the 'Tribute' vinyl soon. Denrocker

I saw them twice around the Medicine Man tour,it was still a great live show. One was supposed to be Blackfoot,The Outlaws, and Ozark Mtn. Daredevils. The Outlaws cancelled and that was the only time I saw Ozark Mtn. which were quite good.Rick Medlocke will always be a great frontman.I like all Blackfoot albums but some favorites would be Marauder,Siogo, and Vertical Smiles. The King Biscuit cd from 1

That is sad news,I wondered when he would release some new music.I became a fan since I bought the Japan release of the 1st Zeno. What an incredibly talented melodic player Zeno Roth was.I also liked the Zenology album and it grew on me with every listen.A few years back I bought the remaster of the 1st Zeno that has some alternate versions.I will have to get those out as well as Listen To The Lig

I saw Gus G and Vinnie Moore in Joliet,IL Saturday night at The Forge. Not a big turnout, around 150-200 but they still put on a great show especially Vinnie.Dennis Ward did bass and vocals for Gus G and played bass for Vinnie. The drummer also played for both bands.Dennis is an excellent bass player and not too bad of a singer.Gus G played a new Firewind song from the latest album.I'm glad I final

If you get a chance check out Eric Gales on tour, they put on a fantastic show even though there were only about 250 people. He came out and said we were in for a real treat and he was going to play his ass off and that was an understatement. He also had some cool stories to tell. They're playing tonight (SAT) at Buddy Guys Legends in Chicago. He had his new cd Middle Of The Road available and was out
