I love both the old and the new Treat albums. My favourite is still "Dreamhunter", followed by "Coup de Grace" and "Organized Crime". Of course the last 2 albums sound more modern, especially the last one, but the difference between their old and new albums is not nearly as big as is the case with Europe. Europe sounds like a totally different band nowadays and Treat

For me this is a very disappointing line-up. In 2015 HRH AOR had a fantastic line-up with Night Ranger, HEAT, Eclipse, FM, Dare and Houston, but this year's line-up was terrible and this line-up for 2017 is not much better. IMO the first 6 bands of Rockingham (including Kevin Chalfant, Art Nation, From The Fire and Jean Beauvoir) are already much better than these first 15 of HRH AOR.

I don't like this and I didn't like the first Soto CD either. The songs I heard don't have good melodies and don't have good choruses (IMO), they are only heavy. I think they are boring and there is nothing that makes me want to listen to them again. A band like Dynazty does this much better IMO, just listen to their new single "Human Paradox". Also a very heavy song, but with great mel

So far I'm not impressed with any of these tracks. This last track sounds very much like Bon Jovi and I'm sure that if this really was a Bon Jovi track most people here would hate it.

One of the best players to ever play the game. Unfortunately he played for Ajax most of his career and I am a big Feyenoord supporter who hates Ajax. In the 1983/1984 season he had a fall out with Ajax and came to Feyenoord for 1 season and mainly because of him we won both the league and the cup in that season. That's how good he was, even then at the end of his career as a player.

I love "Coupe De Grace" and "Skies Of Mongolia" has become my favourite Treat song. The first track I heard of the new CD was pretty good but not great. Based on that song and on Bruce's comments, my expectations are not that high anymore.

Great CD! My number 2 album of 2015 (behind Eclipse's Armageddonize). I would love to see her perform these songs live.

Great song! A real shame that they didn't even make it to the next stage. When I watched the German qualification show on wednesday I had the same feeling. IMO Avantasia's song was easily the best of all entries, but a 17 year old girl, a former winner of The Voice, won with a boring song.

Yesterday evening I came back from Stockholm where I visited the first Rockweekend AOR festival. The festival took place from 23.00 to 3.00 on friday and from 13.30 to 1.45 on saturday. That the festival started so late on friday evening was because Toto played in Stockholm that evening in another venue and the idea was that it was kind of an afterparty for the Toto show. Friday: I decided

Many years ago I found the orignal Talk of the Town CD for the equivalent of 2 euros at a record fair. At that time it was being sold on Ebay for hundreds of euros, so I felt very lucky. Then they decided to reissue it.....

"Aria" is my favourite Asia album, but I also still love the first 3 albums. Everything they released since the reunion of the classic line-up was a bit disappointing.

Great album! This could become my favourite album of 2016. No fillers and "Hypocrisy" is an amazingly addictive song. In the same league as Treat, H.E.A.T., Eclipse and W.E.T.

When I finished watching this series, I was not sure if he was guilty or not. Then I searched for more information on the internet and I found out that this documentary is very biased, because some very incriminating information was left out. You can find out about this information on several websites and I found this on the ABC News website: When looking beyond the legal process to the ulti

I agree that it was a great year for AOR / Melodic Rock. My Top 10: 1. Eclipse - Armageddonize For me this is their best CD including my favourite song of 2015: "Wide Open". Their concert in Belgium was my favourite concert of 2015. 2. Martina Edoff - Unity This was described as H.E.A.T with a female singer and I couldn't agree more. "The World Has Gone Mad" is my nr

Great CD, my nr. 3 album of 2015 (behind Eclipse and Martina Edoff). "Need You To Understand" and "3000 Beats" are 2 of the best songs I heard this year.

Yesterday I returned from Nottingham where I visited the first Rockingham Festival. Thursday: Because my flight on friday morning was cancelled I had to leave a day earlier so I arrived in Nottingham late thursday afternoon. The upside to this was that I was able to attend the preparty in the Rescue Rooms. The reason I went to the preparty was to see Iconic Eye whose CD I really like. B

There is no need to defend someone here, because I have much respect for everything Kieran and Bruce have done for the melodic rock scene. All I'm saying is that when you state that there will never be a comeback, it's a bit strange when you do make a comeback. The same goes for bands who go on their 2nd or 3rd farewell tour. That doesn't mean that I wouldn't like Firefest to make a comeback, bec
