Great record indeed. They packed a bit of everything in this one. The second half is a bit prog-heavy, but Kip always manages to surprise with a cool vocal melody or a strong chorus. It also has a much cleaner sound compared to "Karma". Just "Queen Babylon" alone is worth the price of this record - what an immense track!

Nah. They should get Wenger and Martinez should move to Arsenal.

Blame it on the red nose. Seriously, this is all Fergie's mistake. ManU had gotten by for way too long with a clearly average team when other teams such as Liverpool and Chelsea were struggling as well. He should have started rebuilding the team years ago, not bringing back Scholes and hanging on to Giggs.

For once we disagree. He can totally pull off the heavy stuff as well, I just think his voice is more suited for something more groovy and rhythm oriented. It seems he buried his love for some of the funkier stuff from his earlier days and delivers either 80's clichéd fodder à la WET or now straight up metal à la Adrenaline Mob.

Not to disrespect anyone's opinion here, but I tried to sit through the first five minutes of this thing without cringing - and failed. The guy's obviously a very gifted songwriter, but to me the cheese factor is off the charts on this album.

Cool, thanks for that! One of my favorite producers back in the day.

Livid? Rant? Perhaps I watched a different clip... But again, it's rather hypocritical of them to gladly accept the award yet dismissing the institution. Declining the award would have been a much more powerful gesture.

"Thank You, My Belief and What you get" Those are my three favorite tracks as well. The rest isn't bad, but just a bit too average for my taste.

I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps 2-5 bucks/month, an amount that everybody can afford for certain features such as the noticeboard, reviews etc.

Gene and Paul are Douchebag incorporated. If they call HOF a farce, why show up and accept the award? Total media whores who use every occasion to create cheap headlines and sell whatever is left of the pathetic brand that is Ki$$.

Judging from the look of most Frontiers clips, it seems they're using the same production company because they all have the exact style and use the same effects. Some even have the exact same location/backdrop. I can't remember which ones, but there were two clips (I think Giant and another one) that had the Santa Monica beach/pier in the background.

It probably doesn't as many people use youtube like they use streaming services such as spotify and just listen to the songs without actually watching the video.

I just visited the Frontiers youtube channel and was suprised about the high number of views some of the clips got over the years. Highest is Mr. Big's "Undertow" with 1.7 million views, 2nd is Michael Kiske's/Amanda Somerville's "Silence" with 1.6, 3rd Y&T's "Coming Home" with 1.4. It'd be interesting to know if the number of views correspond with higher record

My favorite cover on this thing. Oni Logan sounds incredible, but the entire band smokes (Brian Tichy, Jimmy Bain, Rowan Robertson) "I" Corey Taylor sounds really good too, bringing his own flavor to the song. Turning into a huge fan of this guy's voice. Rainbow In The Dark

Yeah, Deen sounds great, but I'm not really sold on the other vocals, especially "Take A Ride", is that Neil singing?!

I have the Japanese version (couldn't wait;-)) and think it's very good. It's not as straight ahead and fast paced as "Karma" with a few more slower and complex songs, but overall the quality is there. I feel it has elements of "Pull", "IV" and "Karma" all mixed together.

Yeah, the video quality is crap, but I love the song. No matter what Neal plays, it's always melodic. It's also great to finally see Deen letting loose again. -typo

Well, after a couple of spins I must say I'm rather disappointed. It's yet another record that's plagued with way too many songs (16). I give them credit for coming up with a very diverse collection of tunes, but nothing really stands out. To my ears it all sounds lackluster and the only really great tune is "What You Get", a driving rocker with a very good chorus. Others, such as "

They sound like a DL cover band that decided to write their own material. Nowhere near in the same league.

Been playing this nonstop, what a fantastic album, very much Kings Xish at times, these guys have incredible chemistry. Lynch seems to be on such a creative high right now. I've come to love his groovy stuff, such as this and the last Lynch Mob album, so much more than the straight up hardrock/metal stuff à la T&N. Would love to see them live!
