Surprisingly good offering from Frontiers, finally something non-Scandi, non-Eurovision-cheese-metal. Classic touches of Foreigner/Journey (at least the voals/haromony vocals) but not dated sounding. End Of A Dream

Yeah, you can tell that Oni was struggling a bit, but damn, what a band!

Barden struggled the minute he decided to become a singer.

Any trustworthy sources? I've stayed away for obvious reasons. The thing is, a lot of them have great ratings. Do people either don't know or don't care if they buy counterfeit stuff?

Indeed, love the funky/groovy 80's vibe. Thanks for the heads-up!

Watt is a good player but not the heavy shredder-type that Ozzy used to have and I do find the guitars lacking here. I think Ozzy mentioned that this is his best album to date, but based on this song I don't hear it. Average at best.

I pretty much agree, although overall I probably like the s/t fourth album the most. The live album is great as well. No disrespect to the new singer, but he's not match. Not even close. JR Richards can't be replaced, it's that simple. His solo stuff is good but way too mellow. I really wish he'd rock things up a bit again,

I really wish they'd incorporate a bit more of Jack Blades, a bit like they did in Damn Yankees where all the members incorporated their sound/style. I honestly don't know what his part is other than playing bass and adding to the harmony vocals. I think he shared vocals on one song on the first album, that's it. Total waste of his time.

Sounds interesting, but WTF, they just released a box set with the early stuff last year!

Interesting clip, especially when he talks about auto tuning and shows how it works. Greta Van Fleet

Generic AF, both musically and lyrically. The only highlight here is Deeno who wipes the floor with Arnel every time he opens his mouth.

I think they've been separated for a while and he's been living with his girlfriend in Paris. I don't know how old she is, but I honestly don't see him doing a Jagger. He seems a bit too normal and grounded for that. But maybe I'm wrong ;-)

All guys, including Jon, are listed as associated performers. although he gets a producer credit as well. Never seen this before.

Especially Shanks! That guy sucked what little was left out of that band.

Dull AF. The credits are an interesting read though. What exactly is an "Associated Performer"?

I really don't hear that much Dio. Yeah, there's a bit of phrasing in the vocals here and there that are Dioesque, but the rest sounds more like Lynch Mob to me.

Yeah, great song! What a voice, a mix of Robert Mason and Russel Allen. Blind purchase after this song. Lynch is a beast!

Tasty. And I agree about Escape, their "less is more" approach is really working. They've been releasing some quality stuff.

It's a shame that Zakk isn't on it and didn't contribute in the songwriting, but let's just wait and hear for ourselves. Speaking of Zakk, I'm still digging the latest BLS album, but I certainly wouldn't mind him doing something with a good singer.I always thought that him and Corey Taylor could create something epic.

A bit less metal, which I like. In fact, a bit like some of the early Saxon stuff.

Wolfie posted a pic of Ed (from the back) at LA's Staples Center before the Tool gig. Some guy asked Ed to take a picture of him with the stage in the background, no realizing who he was talking to... :-)

An absolute natural and perhaps the best singer from all the LA Sunset Strip bands. Loved GW, everything up to "...Twice Shy" is essential. With all the people passing away, it'd be nice if he and Kendall could patch things up, perhaps play a few shows together. They were such a great writing team.

They continue where they left off with Lost on the Road to Eternity, which I still listen to on a regular basis, a great album, the first Magnum record I bought since Rock Art.

I feel they still lack the 2-3 blockbuster songs that take them to the next level. The albums need more variation and that's because they're spreading themselves too thin with all the other projects going on. Most importantly, they need more (vocal) melodies. Mark's solo stuff is far more melodic than Myles' stuff in AB.
