Solid album the more you listen to it. Got the deluxe version and the bonus tracks not as good as on strange. This album has some great rocking tunes as well. Yeah there are some effects that IMHO don't add much to the structure of the songs but the band is in fine form.

never liked the rap stuff and have no interest in their 1st 2 efforts but a good hard rockin band nowadays ... a modern skid row type band imo I was initially unimpressed with FEAR but its a bit of a grower after a few spins

Pretty much sums up my thoughts on him too. Let's hope he does not bow under industry pressure next time round tts42572 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > I'd missed it too... > > I really liked Daughtry's first 3 albums. I think the album starts out strong and then begins to weaken based on my listens to date ... Will see what pans out with a few more listens

Operation Mindcrime IMHO is one of the best albums ever produced. As much as I loathe the twat that is Geoff Tate having the rights to it and no doubt will dilute the classic status by putting out future tat on the back of its great name ... i totally agree that Michael, Eddie, Scott et al got away with the best deal and fair play too. Operation mindcrime will just have to be re-watched on the

Saw them in Belfast last night. They were very tight and the new material came across very well ... War of kings, second day and praise. The only criticism was the set list not long enough. Really enjoyed the gig. A band in top form in my opinion and think everything from shot in the dark has been excellent. I have turned from a take it or leave it attitude to a full blown fan of the band now

saw them in Belfast tonight ... Great show but over all too quickly. New material on forthcoming album came across very good indeed. Lizzy was in great form. A good nights entertainment with great hard rockin tunes. If you have a chance to go defo go see

When you hear the garbage that mainstream radio appears to be forced to play (same things over and over)having to listen to such drivel in the office no wonder hard rock is not able to appeal. Youth is just forced to feed on this. When you hear a DJ when allowed to play something more rock orientated they seem to perk up. Just today a DJ played whole hearted by extreme as it was requested he was

cant see europe go back to the earlier aor/polished sound again ... norum would be a big factor in this. tbh i have enjoyed them as a band more since shot in the dark album. i think they have just got better as for the new tracks i like them ... the 'dreadful' tag is very harsh and there is melody in these songs. as you say its your opinion. like the past few albums it will take a few spins
