There are 31 days in September in Europe? Who knew?

I've liked some of their songs over the years, but I grew tired of them. I guess a little of them goes a long way for me. And some of their lyrics... juvenile. Maybe I would've appreciated them at 19 but at 45, not really so much.

To me, on a 5-point scale where you aren't assigning decimal values, a 5 could mean it is somewhere between a 4 and 5 but closer to a 5. Excellent. Brilliant. Damn good, but not necessarily perfection. But if you're using a 100 point scale and rate something 100, it implies (to me) perfection. Maybe I'm just weird that way.

I'm guardedly optimistic for the same reason(s). But when I hear "most diverse" I get a little nervous though because it makes me think of songs like "Breathe a Sigh" or "All Night"...and I don't want that kind of diversity.

Instrumentally, that is pretty good. Lyrically, vocally, visually that is really, really bad.

Indeed, another unheralded classic.

I've been listening to this song by Great White repeatedly the past couple of days. It has always been one of my favorites, but I hadn't listened to in in quite awhile. So stunningly beautiful. Carry on...

Saw them a few times after their heyday - Ultraphobic/B2B era. They were always entertaining and Jani was always very personable. When he was sober, he was top notch. When not, his vocals suffered a bit.

Funny about Hollywood, I didn't rate it very highly for years. Then one time a few years back I was listening to it and it clicked with me. I think it's a gem. There isn't a song on DED that I don't like.

DED is stellar. Massive sounding and great songs. I enjoy the other two as well, Ultraphobic slightly more than B2B. Stronger Now was Jani Lane at his absolute finest.

To me, it sounds like a 1990 album that wouldn't have gotten anyone's attention at the time.

I don't mean to piss in anyone's Cheerios but I think the new one sounds very generic. It wouldn't have stood out at all if they had put this out in 1990. Just my opinion of course. I just don't think we would know who Trixter is if this had been their debut. I guess people are loving it because music doesn't sound like this anymore, but 25 years ago this would've been overshadowed by just abo

Yeah, I've been wanting to splice "Bringin' on the Heartbreak" and "Switch 625" together but I haven't gotten around yet to figuring how to do it. When Heartbreak comes up on shuffle and ends without going into 625, my life feels incomplete.

The Cure - Disintegration I like a few other songs here and there but, for the most part, The Cure is not my style. Disintegration, on the other hand, is one of my favorite discs of all time.

kicking my ass right now. Heavy rotation. I've hardly listened to anything else since I got it about a week ago. I haven't listened to Europe much at all since Prisoners in Paradise. My musical tastes started to change a bit when that came out and prior two albums didn't really age well, in my opinion, so I kind of wrote them off. I know their more recent stuff took a different direction bu
