Love the song. Don't get the video at all. The faces morphing from one to the other is the only thing that makes sense. The rest of it doesn't fit the song at all.

Too many years of hard living have taken their toll. As for the song, it's alright. I hoped for better, but I've certainly heard much, much worse.

Actually it gives voice to people in, say, Wisconsin or Ohio. If the President was determined by popular vote, it would skew the balance toward the major population centers. It is quirky for sure but it serves a purpose. It gives more power to the states, which was the original design of our government, not the massive behemoth central government we have today.

Oh, did he lie and say it was the result of a YouTube video too? Again, the deaths didn't damn her, it was the lies.

It wasn't the 4 dead in Benghazi so much as the lies and cover-ups afterwards as to what really happened.

Generally I like it but haven't gone back to it much after the the first few months. For such an ambitious project, they did it rather quickly. Seems it could've been done better if they'd taken more time to refine the storytelling and music. But, again, I do like it.

I lost interest in this band a few releases ago. There is nothing I've heard from the samples that changes that. Maybe that's not giving it a fair shot...but I just don't care enough to explore any deeper.

I like 'some' of it. But then I hear a Sam Hunt song and want to stick an ice pick through my eardrums.

> closer to Heart's Eighties-era arena-rock hits > than country music's traditional twang. > "County music's traditional twang" has been gone for quite some time, other than a few select artists. Most of what passes for country music these days is watered-down, generic pop music.

I always liked the song "Fall in Love Again". Other than that, meh, not so good.

I get it. But this was a unique circumstance. He took the opportunity and did a really good job with it. After many years of losing people's respect, I'd say he earned quite a bit back.

I agree. It's not like he was replacing Steve Perry in his prime.

Tie: Great White "South Bay Cities" from Hooked. Def Leppard "All Night" from Euphoria. No wait, "All Night" is much worse.

His voice is top notch, but I just can't get into that album other than a song or two. I got rid of it years ago and recently bought a used copy and decided to give it another try. Thought maybe I was missing something the first time around...still don't like it.

Lydia is from Columbus, Ohio and is heading out on a US tour soon. She is a very honest, sometimes brutally so, songwriter. Her history is kind of alt-country, but her new release "Real" has definitely taken more of a pop turn. Very melodic. Here are a couple of her new tracks. Same to You https://youtu.be/bfUDbgGN8Zc Longer https://youtu.be/ga1vxsX4Px8 I'd be curious t

Not much love for Love and Affection. As I've mentioned here before, the vocals underneath the solo (2:38-2:56) is pure Mutt Lange genius executed to perfection. Here's my list, which would've looked much different in 1987-88 and might look different tomorrow. 1. Hysteria 2. Love Bites 3. Love and Affection 4. Rocket 5. Animal 6. Gods of War 7. Armageddon It 8. Women 9. Pour Some

I absolutely love Tesla. I just can't enjoy Jeff's voice anymore. He sounds like Froggy from the Little Rascals. Based on the samples of Simplicity, I couldn't bring myself to buy it. This song doesn't do much for me, and the vocals in places don't do anything to save it.
