Various media outlets are reporting that 8 songs have been completed for Bad Company's first studio album with Paul Rodgers in 35 years. No word on who will replace the late Boz Burrell on bass.Looking forward to this.Love all eras of the band, but prefer the original bluesier sound that the original lineup produced.

I would take Doug Aldrich over Richard Fortus any day of the week.Whether it was Dio,Whitesnake,or most recently Glenn Hughes,Doug has always managed to put his own stamp on things, without deviating from the original tune.I think he'll be great in DD!

The Eagles always have been considered one of the,if not the quintessential American band.Their album sales, and sold out tours speak for themselves. The only thing Glenn Frey's death did,was make them a more frequent topic of discussion in the last week.

According to the article,BSR are taking a break to prepare for the recording of their third album. My understanding was, that Scott didn't feel right recording new material under the TL name, hence the birth of BSR.
