Trouble is that the 3 songs you have posted in here make up HALF of the total of Rainbow songs performed!!!!....There were 8 Deep Purple songs! Would have been SO much better if the shows had been called something along the lines of "Ritchie Blackmore and Friends", rather than Rainbow, as Rainbow, it certainly wasn't, with just 6 songs!

.....with all due respect, how ANYONE can really think that this may have been a new Bon Jovi song is beyond me!!

Very nice, especially the pro shot Sweden Rock video. Age's always had a good live voice and presence and would have been a great choice for the upcoming Rainbow gigs.

Career long fan (yes, right from when WDADU was first released in 1989 when virtually no-one knew them at all) my favourite ever group, many, MANY live gigs, but like Paul and Rocknut, as hard as I've tried, this release does absolutely nothing for me...apart from bore me to tears bar the odd 2 or 3 good songs :(

Uhmm.....keep thinking this MUST be a very early April Fools joke!!...surely no-one or very very few would want to see "that thing" sing for AC/DC?!!.....utterly pathetic and embarrassing. BUT!...like Ramsey said, it COULD be worse as it could have been Coverdale dragged out for these gigs!

Loved the completely pointless, in the context of the song, screams at about 2 mins and 4.15 just to show he can still do it :):)

That's a bit harsh to be fair. For the first 25 years or so, he was doing a top notch job with them but let's be honest, for the last 10 years or so, his "vocals" have been pretty poor if actually analysed objectively without the "good old Jonno "blinkers" that so many people have. Having said that, it does sound as if the band have treated him very shoddily after 36 yea

An awful lot of "effects" added to it though, often his mouth is shut for a fraction of a second or so but the vocals are still coming out!!....Great singer yes, but not convinced this is "totally live".

That comment from Bruce is a more than a bit worrying, especially after hearing the single which really wasn't anything special to at all to my ears. Loved CDG but now hearing that from someone I respect, my expectations have dropped greatly. Will DEFINITELY want to catch this on a stream somewhere before I even think about parting with my money, and that's a shame 'cos "Treat" have bee

I really really like it, big nod back to their early days. Very early days but I think this could well end up as my favourite Magnum album since they reformed.

Looks like the reality that he sounds like a cat being strangled when singing "live" these days has FINALLY sunk in! Possibly just in time too to not totally tarnish his reputation. Good and totally correct decision.

I actually think Andrew's rating is pretty spot on. I was disappointed with the LIL release and much prefer The Resurrection Kings CD.

Anyone want to buy a stalls seat for the sold out Palladium Show on the 18th of Feb?....as much as I love the band and have seen them live 25 times or so, I really don't think I could get through all of this album in one sitting. PM me if anyone is interested.Thanks.

Well said Jay, if everyone liked the same stuff we'd never get gig tickets for a start! :). I've really liked all Serenity's past releases but the new one (admittedly after only 2 spins) doesn't grab me like their past efforts have done.

Anyone else heard or got the latest release from Rhapsody Of Fire? I've dipped in and out of their stuff for many years now and have never really been a big fan BUT this new album is simply brilliant. It WILL be in my top 10 come the end of the year for sure, give it a listen if you get the chance. Was a very pleasant surprise after the disappointment (for me) of the new Dream Theater and Serenit

Have to agree with several others in here. Have been a very long time fan of DT (since 1989) and have seen them live 25+ times and every album they have released I have been able to make my mind up on within 2 or 3 spins of it. Virtually every one I have loved (apart from Systematic Chaos and the weak DT12) but I really am sitting on the fence with this one at the moment. I thought upon initial l

Agree totally with that. Have only heard it once so far, but for me its the best and most consistent release he's had since "The Masquerade Ball" Early contender for a Top 10 list for 2016.

As far as I can recall it was connected with something to do with some fancy equipment or technology that is used in recording studios and the band thought it would be a good "in joke" to add the "e" to the album name.

Uhmmmm......................I found the first third quite poor but then it went to a good middle part (can already see the choirs in the Palladium!!) and then had an excellent instrumental work out ending :) - PROMISING :)

I agree Carl but come on, this whole thing at the moment is pretty damn cringeworthy! As Paul Ryan says, we need some sound clips released to give us some idea of what is going on here. It COULD be an absolute masterpiece or it COULD be a complete disaster!!
