The last two times I saw ANBERLIN they were just IMMENSE! The only album that I struggle with is the last one, but otherwise, all superb.

Following ANBERLIN calling it a day, guitarist Christian McAlhaney has returned to his old band Acceptance. They had an album out previously but they are still new to me. And new album 'Collided by Design' is very, very good. In a world where Coldplay are pretty much the biggest band on the planet, this album deserves to change that. Very melodic and sounding like a cross between Chris Martin's

Last album was great. This sounds like it will be lighter overall. Jimi Bell should have been in the band from the beginning. James just puts out quality product from 'World Upside Down' onwsrds.

I kind of expected a quick follow up record of heavy rocking songs, as if they'd split an albums worth of songs into two records. But I was wrong!

DcD got it! Some songs were WS demos anyway. Personally I love the TR album. For me it's just White Sister with twangy guitar intros! And Dennis' voice rules.

Storming set from Glenn last night. Far better than his 2015 tour with Doug Aldrich. Loads of Purple classics sang as well as they were in 1974! Unlike a certain other DP member. 'You Keep On Moving','Might Just Take Your Life', a storming 'Burn' to close the set and 'Gettin' Tighter' too. 3 or 4 songs from Resonate (expected more...and different songs) plus 'Soul Mover' and 'Can't Stop The Fl

Spot on Addyeddy. Ozzy was a huge surprise for me but obviously trailed off on 'Dirty Women' Great setlist. Songs I haven't played for years but loved hearing again. Every bit lived up to their legendary status in my mind. Made me appreciate just how creative and groundbreaking they were at the time. True originators. The end?

I was disapointed with the last album, so for better this time. But THIS, this I love! Sounds like some Revolution Saints has rubbed off.

Had my Dual CS 503-1 since 1o89. Still buy a lot of vinyl. mainly second hand 70's and early 80's stuff. Selective about new music on vinyl. Most of the mid-late 80's melodic rock and beyond is best suited to CD. As far as turntables go you can pick up some decent old/vintsge stuff but if you wantbluetooth connection etc then you can get that. I saw a cheap Akai TT in The Range wuth bluetooth

Reznor is an utter, utter sonic genius. Every second of sound is exactly the way he intended it to sound and probably has more going on than the listener first realises. Order from chaos.

Beautiful inside and out and a huge talent. Look forward to all she does but sad she won't be on Devin's UK dates next year.

Both times I've seen Alter Bridge in arenas they have had bad sound and...just generally not been as good as they were in smaller venues. Both Black Stone Cherry and Shinedown in seperate support slots were better each time. Doesn't bode well for their aspirations to headline Download.

Resonate lives up to the hype. Probably his best solo album. Guitar player Soren Andersen really shines too. Always wondered why he just didn't record with him, seeing as he was in the live band.
