They are playing a tiny club in my city, not sure why they aren't playing a bigger venue. It's going to be loud, and fun. They are with Glorious Sons & Flash Lightnin'. Anyone know those bands?

I notice that it is on my Iphone, but it's not in my ITunes folder. I'd like to get it there so I can transfer it to my Ipod.

Tried to get it on ITunes, it wouldn't let me download it. It said I had already "purchased" it and that it was sitting in my "Purchased" folder in my library. Well I hadn't purchased it, and it wasn't sitting in that folder. What a load of BS.

Yes Don, I'm in Kamloops. There are a lot of great songs on our Country playlist, a lot of them aren't too far off the melodic rock we all enjoy. However, when I am at home, I only spin my music, no country in my Ipod at all. Where are you located?

I actually broadcast on two stations in my city in British Columbia, Canada. Our city has seven stations. A University Volunteer station with a transmitter so weak that the signal doesn't leave the city. We have the CBC which basically only broadcasts a few hours in the morning locally, then carries syndicated programming the other 21 hours of the day. Our main competitors have a Rock sta

Don, that's the only one I know of. HMV in the mall. It's far better than anything here in Kamloops. But, I think I saw that there is a Best Buy in the Mall too?

Looking at record sales for the last week, 68% has been tallied and Ace's new album "Space Invader" is sitting in 11th spot with 11,535 cd's sold. He's just 300 behind the #10 album, so there's an outside shot he could land top 10 on the Billboard Top 200 album charts this week.

While we're talking great performances on talent shows, this shy 11 year old girl was awesome on AGT this week. Basically petrified to be on the stage, as soon as she starts singing it's "WTF????????????" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8EBMAaXs0I If you don't like her...keep watching. Her mom comes on stage and she's pretty hot :)

I stopped watching right after this kid went, and he was fantastic. The Thai girl that sang in Italian was definitely a looker, but an hour for me was enough. Took in 5 million viewers yesterday, not great, but I guess it could have done worse.

Oh man, I've been meaning to do this for a long time. I loved the first album, and when I got "When The Blackbird Sings", I gave it only one spin, and put it back in my collection where it has sat for the last 23 years never to be pulled out again. I have seen threads here where the general consensus is that this is the better of the two Saraya albums, and at the time I didn't see tha

I posted a couple of the mid-temp songs from the record. The album does have songs more like the older stuff, but overall I'd say the record is a little lighter than their previous albums. This one is a little more rocking, but still not like the earlier records: (this was one of the unsuccessful singles) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iw5xR13vhZw

Wow, Rob that surprises me, usually our taste is the exact same!!! LOL. I thought the disk had some excellent songs, and I much prefer it to the previous one. I guess we can't align all the time eh?

I was surprised how little chatter there was about State Of Shocks "Rock N Roll Romance" cd when it was released. It was one of my top 3 albums of the year. Their previous album had four hit singles, this album had none. It seemed to be completely ignored. Example: The awesome title track has only 118 hits on youtube, yet it says it was posted in 2011??? really? http://www.

Won't argue with that, still a live act worth checking out. That's something I hear a lot about Hoggard's voice, and I understand where people are coming from. In a live setting, he's the star of the show though, a much bigger talent than people realize.

When you listened to the current record, was it the 11 song original or the 15 song deluxe version? My favorite song on the record was this bonus track: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LDWk956zwk Why it was left off the record is beyond me. Considering what was on there.

They've gotten poppier and poppier. I thought 2011's Storms was a great Pop record, but Wild Life had filler. In fact, all four bonus tracks on the deluxe version were better than most of the songs on the record. "Top Of The World" is a fantastic tune, and didn't even make the original record. The story is an interesting one. The four members of the band all had hard rock roots, b

These guys sell out stadiums in Canada, but whenever they travel elsewhere they can be found in small clubs for great prices. (Ex: Tickets in Canada earlier this year in a 15,000 seater went for over $70, then they cross the border and in the USA you could see them in an intimate club for $10) Their most recent album is a far cry from their opening albums (it even showed up on Andrews 2013 award
