Agree Burgi is amazing. Saw him twice with Rainbow and he killed it. Sadly never saw him with BOC, that would have been awesome.

One of my all time favourite artists. Have everything he's done and although he's had some weaker albums he's one of the few I'll buy new albums from blind.

There are 90 sec samples on itunes Japan. Sounds like a mixed bag to me, well produced, good instrumentation, his voice is good but some of the songs sound really middle of the road. There are brass instruments on some which give it a dated sound that remind me of one of BK's early bands SS Fools. There are some rockier songs that sound promising and I'll probably buy it if I can find it for a re

Wow you serious Terry?, sounds like the kind of throwaway pop peddled by the likes of Olly Murs and Justin Beiber. He can sing but this is awful stuff.

Correct, it was only released in Japan in 1993 and unfortunately a few years too late for them to get a decent worldwide deal. The music scene had changed significantly by the time this was issued in Japan and that's a shame. The Now & Then issue was in 1994 and as good as they were getting some great albums out, they didn't have mega money to promote stuff so sadly it has remained relatively

Tristan Avakian is an amazing guitarist and it was a shame he went off the radar after the Red Dawn album. However, he did resurface in the Queen tribute (the one with JSS) and the good news his he's in the new band Kaato who recently released their excellent debut album (Mitch Malloy is them too but not the front man).

Terry you need to check it out, David Rosenthal ex Rainbow, Billy Joel: Larry Baud,Tristan Avakian, Greg Smith Alice Cooper, Rainbow, Ted Nugent and Chuck B├╝rgi, also a former member of Rainbow, Hall and Oates, Meatloaf, Blue Oyster Cult and Brand X. With People like this involved you know it's got to be at least half decent but it's actually brilliant.

It's a brilliant album and in an ideal world would have set them up for bigger and better things. Possibly a case of timing why it didn't take off. It has been discussed on a number of occasions on this board though. I think your casual fan of the genre may be unaware of it but a lot of die hards will know it.
