Big fan here but that did nothing for me at all, far too generic. Hope the rest of the album is better.

Why does it have to be instant? You can't possibly take everything in from one or two spins. Give it time to grow.

I read somewhere their new album is going to be country so that's put me right off.

Totally disagree, one of my fave albums of all time. It's not perfect but it's special to me. Somewhere There's Hope features one of his best ever vocal performances. I'm surprised at some of the comments like utter drivel and garbage, very harsh.

I thought it was great. vocals were superb. It's only laid back in the verses, the rest of it is as rocky as you would expect.

I have a cd by Cheater somewhere in my collection. Didn't they have a record called 10 cent love affair?. If memory serves the cd was a posthumous release but has some good stuff. Barry Connors who replaced Jimmy fox in Toronto also played with Coney Hatch on the Friction album.

Tough call, Heart overall because they have a lot more music out but for me the Toronto "Head On" and "Get it on Credit" albums are better than any of the Heart albums. "Head On" being an absolute classic for me. Brilliant production from Terry Brown on that one.

Although the video goes out of sync with the sound you can still tell he's doing a good job on the drums and even adds to the original parts. It's a shock to see him do it but good on him.

It's a good song but the drums need to be better.

I don't think you are a "nice guy", if you were you'd show some respect for others. I've done with you now.

Jeez I'd hate to meet you in real life if this is the way you think about things.

Classic Rock,oh yes the magazine that states facts. One person's opinion who's review just happens to be printed in a magazine so therefore it must be true. Hot Sauce, tell me something, have you bought the album? or did you download it gratis? If you bought it and listened four or five times before commenting I'd say fair enough you don't like it. If you are making your comments based on a cu

I am far from sensitive. You are simply stating your opinion is fact when it is only your opinion. Since when has a personal opinion on a subjective matter been fact?

Now that is a fucking ridiculous statement.

Hot Sauce, you seem to have an arrogance about you that makes you think your opinion is fact. Have a bit of respect for others.

Listen again Scott, the 4th Track Mainline rocks along like a freight train. This is a great album and has a range of tempos across the 12 tracks. There are very few bands playing classic hard rock as good as this today.

I do like Leppard, seen them live a number of times and own every album but I don't get the love that Hysteria is given by others. It's a good album but my problem with it is the sound, not a fan of the computerised drums at all so it would never rank in my major favourites. as for Animal, probably one of the most overrated songs ever.

Presence and Physical Graffiti are my 2 fave Zep albums and Moving Pictures whilst being a brilliant album isn't my fave, but they have such a great body of work, it's hard to choose between, Caress, Farewell, and Hemispheres for me. I love Zep and Rush and couldn't do without either bands discography in my collection.
