I couldn't imagine owning 1 copy of a Ten album never mind 3 :-). Seriously though I understand what you mean and have multiples of some albums, vinyl, original cd, bonus track version etc. It's hard to keep up sometimes.

That's pretty much a standard set list for Journey when they do the 90min set. There's absolutely nothing odd about the songs played and if you hadn't heard some of them where have you been :-)

Not judging by the 90 second samples on i-tunes. Pretty much all the same pace.

I like them but wish they would change the tempo, it's all the same plodding pace. Going to have to listen to this a few times to get used to it.

It's a very sad day. Trevor Bolder was one of the best bassists this country ever produced. I can't believe he's gone. :-(

James Christian and Robin Beck are great but with respect they are not among the "Biggest Names Ever" so I'm thinking this album TD is talking about has the involvement of a legend, who that is, we'll have to wait and see but it is frustrating that nothing has been mentioned since the initial message.

Love Purple but the new album is a disappointment. Hardly any variation in tempo and Ian Paice does hardly anything. He's solid but totally unspectacular. The Heaven and Earth album is better in all areas for me.

Samples don't do this album justice Terry as there is a lot going on that you won't pick up in a minute. Just buy it :-)

Portnoy knows exactly what he's doing and Winery Dogs is another facet of music he wants to do apart from prog and metal. He's keeping it simpler for the style of songs the band are playing. Can't wait for the album.

Self titled 87 album is their best. Street Ready has better production but the songs are better on the 87 album. IMHO.

Roger Steen from The Tubes has a new solo cd out and it's excellent. Varied from acoustic driven Tom Pettyish to power pop and quirky hard rock. Superbly played and produced and featuring Prairie Prince on a couple of tracks including the brilliant "Breakthrough". It doesn't really sound like the Tubes but I could imagine them doing a few of the songs. The samples can be heard at http

I was expecting better to be honest. After all the positive press about Bob Ezrin's production breathing new life into the band I thought we were going to get something really special but for me it doesn't sound any better than the last couple of albums. It's good but could have done with some variation in the tempo, only one faster track and that's not one of the best. The biggest disappointm

The various configurations of the release were advertised on CDJapan and Amazon Japan in March. I ordered from Amazon but then got an email about 2 weeks later saying the release date was not confirmed. Also, CDJapan updated their website with release postponed. Usually with pre-orders there is around 6 to 8 weeks notice before the release so as nothing is confirmed officially now I can't se

My wife's laptop has gone pear shaped so I took the hard drive out and put into my hard drive dock so I could copy the important stuff over onto my pc. The pc recognises the external hard drive as drive E but when I try to open it up I get a message saying access denied. I don't have this problem with the old hard drives from my previous pc's. Does anyone know what I need to do to access the dr
