No, it dates from about 1979 - between the "Eve" and "Turn of a Friendly Card" albums.
The title "Sicilian Defence" comes from a chess move, and relates to the renegotiation of their contract that APP were trying to resolve with Arista. They released Eve, and the Sicilian Defence was rushed out as a contractual obligation, so that APP could talk to other record companies.

Until now, the album's been locked in a vault and never seen the light of day, which is how all parties wanted it!
