Agreed! I think he learned a lot about songwriting and clever productions during the City Boy days with Mutt Lange at the helm.
I still rate the two Steelhouse Lane albums as some of the best music ever been made and basically everything he has touched since then has been nothing short of brilliant, at least production wise.
He's underrated yes, but I have a feeling that he's a private guy who prefer to rather spend time in his studio than stepping up to the limelight so to speak.
