Only heard his first 2 albums, but for me, "Over You" will always be my fave Daughtry song. Monster hooks. That's the song that finally convinced me to take a chance and give his stuff an honest listen. Vs just seeing him as an American Idol guy (don't watch much TV) or just another post-grunge singer (not always a fan of that gruff vocal style).

Saw him open for Bon Jovi shortly after hearing his debut (won me over) and his band's live performance won me over, too. I also really like "Traffic Light"...no idea how that one didn't make the regular tracklisting for the follow-up.

Oh, and its cool how "No Surprise" was co-written by Eric Dill, formerly of The Click Five, since I always loved those guys (with both singers, shame they broke up), underrated power pop. Eric's original version of the song (some different lyrics and different style to the verses) is pretty good...though I prefer Daughtry's.
