It's not just the indifference towards supporing newer music by the heritage acts tho,Eric. Look at all the great music being made that is based around all that great old material from our youth. It goes largely unnoticed by radio thanks to these assclowns in charge. There is not a sole on Earth that could convince me that good ol' melrock music in all it's forms wouldn't still be a huge commodity if it weren't for these business movers/shakers who obviously have their heads in the sand (or up their own arses). It's very frustrating to be a huge fan of the scene like we all are and watch time go by day in and day out while all this great music gets no support from the powers that could get it to the ears of so many that would also dig it alot. Even back when there was still some really cool stuff that didn't get supported properly. But at least we had stations that played the genre every day. and there were people in charge that obviuosly had enough moxy to realize what to promote. Trouble is.I don't think that there are any of those types left in the biz--at least not with enough power to change anything,or it would happen. cryin' shame,it is.. T
