Yes Amazon is right up front about the Cdr releases. It's sometimes the only way the music is available and it comes with the artwork. Plus you shouldn't be getting Cdr's from any other sellers other than Amazon which is licensed by the labels to offer the music on cdr.

I use Amazon almost exclusively nowadays. I have a Prime account ($80 a year) and get free second day shipping. This is awesome when for pre oders. I get them the day they are release. My Prime account more than pays for itself because where i live i have to order almost everything of the internet. Now if i purchase something used from anyone else i still have to pay shipping which for cds is 3.99. I've ordered plenty where i've had to pay shipping (sometime it's cheaper) and have had no problems. Sellers on Amazon are top notch. I gave up on ebay years ago.
