Metallica -Some Kind Of Monster

I have just bought this used from Amazon (for next to nothing, quite honestly) and wondered if those who have seen it think it's a worthwhile movie/documentary?

The recent Eagles documentary was excellent, and was 'warts and all' - which is exactly as it should be. Is SKOM along the same lines (avoiding spoilers if possible, please).
