Journey, Whitesnake, Thunder Manchester

Well, my third of the tour after Glasgow and Sheffield.

Thunder were consistent, high energy, high quality and good sound, but not very loud. Interestingly, far fewer in the crowd or them than the ther 2 shows - still a lot but by no means full.

Whitesnake were better at Sheffield than Glasgow and they stepped it up another notch here. Sound was great and for Fool for your Loving, Bernie Marsden joined and stayed for Here I Go Again. Great stuff.

Journey were the best I've seen them on this tour. More energy, sound was great, mixed the set up a bit (AWYWI was second). Unbelievably they played One More from TBF - fantastic and just what they needed to do. Some still left but not as many as Glasgow.

Best of the three shows I've seen all round - last one in Birmingham next week.
