Can't go too far wrong......not solo but I'd certainly get Malmsteen's Odyssey if you don't have it and also the Sunstorm stuff.

From the genuine "solo" albums I have a few and they're all good. Rescue You is considered a bit of a classic by many. Nothing's Changed is a good bluesy album with Al Pitrelli etc.........Second Hand Life is good too.
