Fecks sake Robin - checking into mr.com for my weekly visit - certainly did not expect to see a Nightingale post - and BTW Mike , this is NOT a Greatest Hits package - this is a 10-year anniversary release, simply named after the very first song on Nightingale's debut disc. This is NOT a best of compilation. Far from it actually. These are songs that were specially re-recorded by Dan's new at the time band, featuring his brother Tom Nouga, bassist Erik Oskarsson (also Dan's band mate from Godsend), and drummer Tom Bjorn of Memory Garden.
This must be best part of a decade old ???!! ??
There's a real " melodic rock" feel with soaring guitar solos despite the symphonic elements, all in all historic but amazing stuff.
Better late than never Robin - lol..
