Question for Sammy Hagar aficionados:

I have only ever heard the versions of the song "Red" that are on both "The Essential Red Collection" and "The Best Of (Ten Best Series)" comp albums.

On both (both of which I bought at Walmart), during the bridge, he says "Red's a mother!" I am assuming he's meaning "motherfucker", but in both it sounds as if the last half of the word is cut off. I can't tell if he just cut himself off as he sang it or if it's been edited. I know Walmart is notorious for selling only edited versions of albums, so it makes me curious.

On his '77 self-titled album, does he say "mother" or "motherfucker"?
