Good call on quite a few here;

Don Dokken - Up From The Ashes
Paul Stanley and Ace Frehley
Ken Hensley - Blood On The Highway
Steve Lukather - Most albums, gotta admit I've never been a massive Toto-fan though even if I appreciate some albums

here's a few of my suggestions

Mogg/Way - Chocolate Box and Edge Of The World
Not a soloalbums per se (would probably have been released as Ufo-albums if they have been allowed to..) But solo-ish and great albums!
Paul Stanley - Live to Win, once you get used to the modern sound you'll find classic Stanley-Kiss tunes underneath it all
Ken Hensley - From Time To Time A (demo)collection of sorts, but it's so damn good
