Sure is a mess......obviously neither of VH or Aerosmith generated the sales expected.

Combining the 2 gigs was possibly the only way to save the situation.......I get to see VH so I'll just grin and bear it all but there has been huge inequity.

People like me who got in early and coughed up full price see discount ticket rates offered shortly after and now we have people who've only paid for Aerosmith lobbing in on the full day festival for no extra charge.

If it wasn't VH I'd be up in arms but they've given the a chance to see my all time favourite band so I'll put up with the total balls up.

With McManus involved it'll certainly go ahead at least.

Hard to know what the financial repercussions will be - if you can believe them the artists were paid in full early on and , given past experience , that's possibly the only way VH would agree to play. Perhaps if there's real huge bucks behind these people they're prepared to take a loss in early years to establish a festival like this (par for the course) but it seems it's been even more of a challenge than expected.
