The song you asked about is "The Audience Is Listening" which is off of Passion & Warfare. If you dig his work from DLR and Whitesnake then that is probably a good album to pick up, because it came out in between both those gigs, so the guitar work is in the same vein. Just take note of the fact that Vai's solo stuff is all instrumental. If you're not into instrumental work like Satriani and MacAlpine, odds are you won't be a big fan of Vai. If that's the case you may want to try and find a copy of "Vai - Sex & Religion", which is an actual band featuring Devon Townsend on vocals. While he's no Coverdale, that album has some blistering axe work and Townsend is a very unique vocalist. It's as close to WS/DLR as anything with the Vai name on it. If you DO dig the instrumental stuff, I'd probably recommend Alien Love Secrets over Passion & Warfare only because I think it has a better groove and the songs stand up better as songs as opposed to pure instrumentals. But that's just me. I'm a big fan of Satriani and I find Alien Love Secrets to be more like the mighty Satch in terms of writing. To each his own though.
