I don't have a hard and fast rule for cover versions. Some reworkings I love [Rob Flynn's acoustic Die Young is excellent] and other note for note covers are amazing [Hinder's Thunderstruck].

If it's good, I'll like it.

By the way, has anyone else heard the AC/DC tribute [?] album by an all girl band called Black Rosie? It's hideous, don't bother.
