When I saw them in London recently Hugh was stage left [from the audience's viewpoint] and the second guitar player was stage right [sorry, I forgot his name]....but they were literally playing almost off the actual stage itself.
Bon Jovi, the band, is absolutely the main 4 guys...and then the other 2. The only members on the stage, front and centre, are Jon and Richie.
