Thanks for the help, but those tracks are not actually on the cd. A friend ordered and when it arrived it was the regular release. Several ebay sellers list those three tracks, but none have an actual picture of the back of the cd. I've contacted several.
As far as I know the tracks were only on the promo cassette and maybe an advance promo cd single for "Change Of A Season". Still searching...
