Agree that the general standard of song writing has dropped off-hyped bands like Work of art and w.e.t are decent enough but nothing really special imo. Totally agree that albums today with 14 or 15 songs are usually overloaded with average material. Much preferred 10 or 11 songs per album. As rocking said-nothing has come close to escape/4/frontiers etc in recent years.
