Actually Stryper that's a very good point. I was surprised to see someone cite Slippery When Wet as a hard rock album. To me it's pop rock. Albeit superior pop rock. Hard rock would be Guns N' Roses Appetite For Destruction for me, but it is all rather fuzzy in truth.
