Yeah...but,there have always been bands/artists that lean heavily towards studio gimmickry to create their craft onto record/cd/whatever format. So,when you latch onto them and want to see them live,they feel obliged to try and give the fans what they heard on said record/cd.... If they don't/can't deliver the goods appropriately,they risk the chance of 'sucking' by their fans for sounding lame live. It all depends on the style of music,of course--and the integrity of the band. But any good band/artist worth their salt should be able to replicate live on tour what they threw down on record,even if they need to bring 2-3 or so extra folks to make that happen. Look at country artists--it's their name and a backing band that most times a crowd never even knows/cares any of the bandmembers names. T
