Well Eric, regarding Paul & Gene being dicks; most musicians don't associate working in a band as being a job or business. Paul & Gene on the other hand do!

Any other professional career position, would not tolerate being drunk or under the influence on the Job day 1 - a job termination would be immediate! Problem is, with an established band like Kiss, (say 1973 to 1978) where all 4 members were needed to keep the momentum moving, firing a key member could have harmed the popularity and/or cause loss of income for Kiss as a business. Paul & Gene dealt with Ace & Peters shenanigans for years!

So are Paul & Gene really dicks?
