Stryper - my wife has a 'shop' on Etsy, it is a marketplace for handmade arts & crafts. She has sold to Europe and America (& Moscow - in the USA!).
May not be quite what you had in mind, but there are no start-up costs - you just pay a small fee when you post something for sale.
