I am being TUPED over to another company by my employers. This basically means that I am likely to be out of a job come the end of the summer.

This is directly linked to Cameron last week urging British Companies to outsource to India (and where he was making his speech from).

Luckily because of our contracts those affected will get more than the legal redundancy pay covered by current legislation.

Way I'm looking at it is that although its leaving a bad taste in the mouth its a chance to start afresh after working for the same company for over 12 years.
