A lot of you are correct, HAND and CRUSH were probably the last two solid rockin' Bon Jovi records...ever since they have been wandering into the mediocre of AOR/Commerical rock that would fall close to Springsteen and AIR SUPPLY.

To be honest, I do not think Bon Jovi knows how to write and record a true guitar rock album. Both Richie and Jon said that this new album was more guitar rock oriented...I too have checked out about a half dozen tunes off the album - not hearing it at all. To me, its a combination of Lost Highway and Circle...both snoozers IMO.

I think Bon Jovi needs to take a long hiatus...or just hang it up.

In fact, I think they should be forced to re-record their hits to attempt to inspire them to see what it was like to record a rock/guitar album.
