Posted this here only a few days ago and same thoughts so;

Heard the record recently thanks to yours trully and while only a few spins through until my own CD arrives can happily say most the hype sounds like it was actually warranted. While loving half the debut personally RiseUp is much more to my liking, only a couple songs I wasn't sold on (yet). Actually far more tunes that nailed it for me than the debut and a good mix of heavy melody and performances. Highlights were the first 3 tracks (title track particularly wow!) BrokenWings, StillUnbroken, and oh I dunno, most the rest probably :)

Just my opinion of course but for what it's worth this sounds top notch modern MR to my ears!

Regarding the chorus to the title track, I loved it the second I heard it. Will concur it reminds me of something can't put finger on but song is far too good to let that bother me and gonna be pumping that one super loud! The genre is filled with similarities in fact that's one thing that causes me to struggle with some of the newcomers, but certainly not gonna let that bother me with this one, album was incredible can't wait for my copy!
