Over the last few days I've listened to the entire Led Zeppelin studio album collection. I have concluded that most of their albums are just 'ok' with in reality only one or two standout songs on each - II being 'better' than most. Granted, they have enough standouts to form a great live set, which is where thy really made their reputation, but the albums don't support it.

Except..........Physical Graffiti.......it is totally and utterly head and shoulders above all the others and a true world class album start to finish. Their popularity peaked after this album and its no surprise!
