Wow--that IS sad news. I go back to the beginning with BOA. They opened for Grand Funk RR the very first rock concert I went to. No one had ever heard of them--at least here in WNY. They completely blew the roof off the place, and my brother and I became instant fans. I love all the albums up through Ain't Life Grand, which was the first one not to include their other lead guitarist-Harvey (Burly) Jett. They started losing the plot after that album, sadly. But a great bunch of lps and the only other line-up change before then being when Tommy Aldridge joined on their 3rd release. RIP Stanley 'Goober' Knight. T
