The Vancouver Canucks NHL team is looking for a new entrance song. There were over 2,800 submitted, and those have been narrowed down to 6 finalists. One of the six is my buddies band Static In The Stars. They are up against the usual suspects, Nickelback and Guns And Roses. Unlike those two bands, they don't live in million dollar mansions and fly in private jets. They eat Kraft dinner and ply their trade when they aren't at their 9 to 5 jobs. Static In The Stars could actually use, and benefit from this exposure.

I posted Static's new video "We Are" here a couple months ago to a favorible response, and I'm hoping whoever reads this will take out 15-30 seconds to vote for them in this contest. Vancouver is their hometown, and it would be an incredable honour for their song to be played in front of 18,000 when the teams hits the ice.
