I haven't listened to them in ages so after posting the thread I went onto spotify and have been listening to Invented and Chase This Light again.

I found Invented to be more disappointing than I remembered, seems too mellow and some of the songs just aren't that strong. But I'm pleasantly surprised by how good Chase This Light is. I liked it at the time but it's a lot stronger than I remember.

Futures is still my favourite though. I thought it was a much bigger, balls out rock record with huge anthems and lots of guitars! I know a lot of fans weren't too keen but it just does it for me and I love most tracks on it.

Fingers crossed for a return to form on the newbie.
