I think I recall reading he was too busy with Magnum at the moment (that was before their tour ended however). And now he's doing an Avantasia tour this spring so I'm not sure where he'd find the time.
I'd love to see another collaboration with Gary Hughes and Vinny Burns. Gary mentioned he'd be up for it if he was allowed to write two albums.
