I was really surprised at just how good this album is. I'm not a fan of the classic rock style, but 'Youngblood' is retro sounding with really strong modern sounding melodies, a bit like 'Casablanca - Apocalyptic Youth' from last year was. I know modern retro sounding is a bit on an oxymoron, but that's the only way I can think of to describe those two albums.
