It was a series of mistakes.
The owners of the club didn't have the updated permit.
The place only had ONE single door to get in/get out.
The vocalist of the band was playing with some kind of firework (insane)
The security personal, at the entrance, at first, didn't want to let the people out without paying.
Expired fire extiguishers.
People above the limit inside
and the list goes on and on. It was really a tragedy. But could be avoided.
