Have to agree with rocknut about latest classic rock aor magazine- lazy and uninspired to say the least! My take on the lack of promotional push by the band ( not the label ) is just the impression I got- obviously I have no inside information to support it! Just looking at that period in the bands history Steve Perry was obviously calling the shots and he's frequently spoken about how cut up by his mother's death he was. I remember how quiet the band was as the album was released. The label were pretty proactive in advertising it I thought.
