Don't knock the short ones...says the girl who has to look UP to Kip Winger (seriously! He stoops down to my level when we're photographed together!). And I've heard him drop down a register...listen to Jordan Rudess's Rhythm of Time album and the two songs Tear Before the Rain and Beyond Tomorrow. I didn't believe it was Winger until halfway through the songs.
