I've said this before and it may be true... the band released a great return to form cd in Euphoria. not any huge sales success there,I'm pretty sure. Then..they tried again with sparkle Lounge. Another cd with many very strong songs. Again met with general 'meh' by most--even within their fanbase,it seems. So I'm betting they don't even know WHAT direction/style of songs to write anymore. Maybe they really DO need Mutt back for some help with songwriting,if not for production skills. They seem to be fine with that end anymore.. T
