I see his point - however, I believe that Phil Collen was quoted saying that their motivation is always putting out new music, but just change how they do it. They are really interested in steering away from a full-length album these days... evermore so due to the fact they are mostly in control of all their newer copyrights. So, I can image that, as the band has mentioned prior, that they will probably still release a physical cd of some sorts, but more than likely be in the fashion of E.P. releases containing 4-6 tracks.

From what I read previously, DL was rather pleased with the outcome of their live album and putting three newer tracks on the release. So I anticipate them following this trend in the near future - just in the style of an EP release instead of a 10-12 track cd. For me, I am ok with that - as long as they are putting out releases more often instead of every 2-3 years.
