Sorry for the double post : but just found this :

2. "Spectre General" was credited on the soundtrack album under its original name, Kick Axe. The producers of the film thought the name "Kick Axe" sounded "too threatening," so they listed them as "Spectre General" instead. The band was not notified about the change."
